Conceived and begun in a dorm room in 1988, this absurd—and yes, stupid—serial story of two moronic small town losers lay buried in a manilla envelope at the bottom of a box (an empty old Dubuque Star beer case) for over two decades before being unearthed and published as part of the Reglar Wiglar's on-going effort to destroy literature and the rest of the arts.
